Position: Retail & E-commerce Operations Specialist
Location: OBA African Store, Vilnius
Type: Full-Time (40 hours a week)

OBA African Store is a leading provider of African groceries and cosmetics in Lithuania. We are committed to making African products accessible and affordable to our customers. We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Shop Attendant to manage in-store operations and assist with our growing online store and social media inquiries.
Responsibilities
⁃ In-Store Operations
⁃ Online Store Management
⁃ Social Media and Customer support
⁃ Inventory Management
⁃ Reporting and Communication
Requirements:
⁃ Education: At least a high school diploma.
⁃ Experience: Prior experience in retail, e-commerce, or customer service is preferred.
Skills:
⁃ Strong customer service and communication skills.
⁃ Language: Fluency in English; knowledge of African languages and Lithuanian is a bonus.
What we offer:
⁃ Salary: €1,150 to €1,200 gross per month.
